TriBalance Coaching offers various coaching plans for all levels of triathlete. Our triathlon training plans will help you improve your results.

Bronze Plan

This plan includes a monthly workout for you as an athlete. I use Training Peaks on the web and this is how you get your workouts. I will have you fill out your logs on a weekly basis. I will talk with you at the end of the month. E-mails unlimited. 1-2 phone calls per month.

Silver Plan

This plan includes a weekly workout for you as an athlete. I use Training Peaks on the web and this is how you get your workouts. I will have you fill out your logs on a weekly basis. I will talk with you on a weekly basis. E-mails unlimited.

Gold Plan

This includes everything in the Silver Plan plus be able to work out with Coach Jen for 2 workouts/month to see how you are progressing. If you feel like you need a little more one on one, this is the plan. Do you need help with open water swimming, cycling skills, nutrition, packing a bike for traveling, etc...this is the plan. E-mails unlimited. Talk on the phone on a weekly basis.
