“Jennifer
is great! She has guided me from being a non-swimmer to becoming a ½ Iron
Man finisher in less than two years. Jennifer’s
calm and reassuring approach have been essential to my success in becoming
a triathlete. She is not only a great athlete herself, but she understands
how to coach others. She does a great job of gauging how much to push
her athletes or reign them in to keep us from making mistakes in our training.
Training with Jennifer is fun. I owe her a lot.”

and Full Ironman Finisher

My original goal was to complete a triathlon
by the age of 30 which I did not achieve because I was your basic slug.
As age 40 approached I revisited that original goal and again time got
away from me due to working 60-80 hour weeks as a new academic. I was
determined to finally complete a triathlon by age 50 and was able to
do so last year with Jennifer's assistance. Not only was I able to complete
my original goal of a sprint traithlon, but I also completed olympic
and half ironman triathlons because of the joy Jennifer shared in completing
longer distances. I am in training for a full ironman, and Jennifer's
understanding of just how much I can do as I nurse an injury has been
wonderful. Without Jennifer's encouragement I would have undoubtedly
stopped with a sprint triathlon having finally achieved my original goal,
but never have truly experienced the joy of living the triathlon lifestyle.

Ironman Finisher

Jen is an outstanding coach. I went from not able to
run around the block to running in a duathlon in a little more than two
months. Her plan was just perfect. I kept thinking I wasn't progressing
enough, but it all came together a couple of weeks before the race. She
helped me through some issues with my bike and run that I thought might
keep me from making the race. I was really concerned about injury since
I was so out of shape, but I didn't have any issues arise. I couldn't
have had a better experience. I look forward to making more personal
improvements over the next season.
